... 3mm? This sounds kinda thin compared w the orig glass. I suppose if it seals up OK it doesn't matter so much. 3mm is minimum for our race regulations. All windowss are sealed with sikaflex (sort of pu-glue/sealing. very strong) and m3 nuts :D On the drivers side you could always skip the window...

Ah, ok. Thanks for the clarification Mats. Is there a cheaper way to do this. I'm not familiar with plastic technology. Is it possible to buy raw material and cut yourself? Even the rear? Jes Sorry, PolyCarbonate was what i was trying to say. i misconfused Lexan with a another material. Mine are sp...

First, you should not use Lexan, it shatters and is not allowed for race cars, probably not suitable for a street car. I have exhanged all glass windows in my race car except for the windshield. The material "brand name" is makrolon and the thickness is 3mm. When i mounted it i did some ca...

Yes, unless if you have Koni´s, they will not work properly.
In the rear of course.

... I've just mentioned the de dion front axle bushing since it's a good oppertunity to get it replaced if gearbox is off along with the GB mount.... My advise if you want to replace the front bushing with something better then poly or rubber is to take the whole axle down, i had some serius issues...

I ha'd 16' wheels with Pirelli Pzero 205/45 before but they couldn´t give me the grip i wanted so i sold them and put on much lighter 15' wheels with Bridgestone re540 205/50 instead. The difference was awesome, both in grip and acceleration. No problems with my 286mm front discs and 4-pot calipers :D

This is a protocol for my car when i still used it on the streets Edit: sorry, some text is in swedish but ithink you guys can sort it out. Fram = front, bak...

Ouch, dang, that's one damaged piston! I will dig that order number up and PM it to you. Venolia is bad about answering e mails, good at making pistons. I have found it's best to call them. The M90 is $200 more at this time. This is entirely because it costs $200 more. That´ll be great! :D Nice to ...

Hi Kunta, I assume you are asking about my dad's 8.8:1 non interference pistons. ... If you ever want a set I can give you the Venolia order number so they can make you the same thing in whatever bore size you want. ...For 12 pounds of boost on a 3.0 you need an M90 which is no problem, I can make ...

Pistons

Hi there Greg I followed up your link that you sent me, but i am a little bit curious abut the pistons you used for the 3 litre block. Do you have any specs on those ones? As i understood you can drive the M62 for 12 pound/inch sqare2 ( (0.8bar), is it possible do make about 1.0-1.1bar with ic setup...
