A note on my recent experience with the steel braided line available as sets... I've tried 2 different sets on my '83 and could NOT get a good non-leakable seal on any of them. I put the original lines back and the seal is perfect on all lines. The ends of the braided lines don't appear to be machin...

I've always loved the little magnet gadget for the gas line that "lines up the fuel molecules" so that they combust "more efficiently"..... and then there were the little pills (asprin?) that you could put in your air intake. I'm not sure what they were for.... to get rid of the ...

 My experience in this area was traced to the dual core wire that goes into/exits from the distributor. If the two cores touch (as in going over a bump when the connection of this wire at the distributor is worn) then everything dies. Two cents worth of insulating tape was the answer to two mon...

 Hey Greg.... I'm interested in the gauge pod even though I don't have one of your superchargers yet (perhaps I should buy that first). Your original posts sounded like simple announcements, that's probably why there wasn't a slew of responses. :D

The Argo.

Original. what's original?? :?: I have to post this 'cause it's such a good story (just in case any of you has not heard it). Jason and his shipmates start off in the Argo on their journey into myth. Well, it turns out that the trip takes takes longer than planned, in fact several years, and the wea...

Yeah.... didn't we (as a species) use sails at one stage with zero emissions and no fuel cost? Not that sails would work on an Alfa. :?:

I'm one of the many (?) who make it a point to visit and read the site often but rarely make a posting. That's partly because of my limited tech knowledge/abilities.... I don't feel qualified to get involved in discussions about degress of cam-lift and such stuff. What I really appreciate is the adv...
