hello

Consider that my 21 mm is taken on a used spline shaft.

but also, the clutch disc is a little bigger Ø. the value to be taken for future exchange is extra close to 22.1mm. sorry dont know with fraction inches this means, ~0.87 inch...

It is possible to dismantle the main shaft to separate the main part with 1-2 gear with the small part with 3-4 gear. press and some heat; but useless for you. looks like you juste need to replace the gtv6 parts by the 75 parts for : the main shaft complete the pinion gears in regard 1-2-3-4-5 that ...

I find that incredibly hard to believe, there would be severe problems when reversing drive on the pinion if you don't have anything to hold it in that direction. hum...of course but: the ball bearing on rear side of the flange is X contact one (angular&2inner pieces), so this should not. howev...

In some models(ol ones ?) in the middle flange, its not tapered, but cylindrical roller bearing on the clutch side. and roller beaering on rear side on both axles.

Hi FredCsl. what are the news ? did you solve your problem ? i had some test when torquin heads. 1st i torque them to 25nm. after, two options tried. - torque them to 88nm its seems to be 110° - torque them at the 240° says by alfa, and it looks like to make 140nm. a noticeable difference... :roll:
